You bring the network, the subscribers, and your billing relationship.
The headend — acquisition and processing — runs in our Mumbai facility, operated 24×7 by an Indian NOC. The edge node is a 1U appliance with about 24 TB of cache that racks inside your network, on your floor space and power. You handle physical hosting; we operate the software stack remotely. You never touch the application.
About six weeks for a standard integration. Two for legal and SSO setup, two for the edge rack and network peering, two for billing/CRM integration and app store listings under your developer accounts. We've done it in four with motivated partners and clean network paperwork.
Per-subscriber, per-month, billed against your active count. No headend CAPEX, no per-channel licensing surprises, no DRM consultancy bills. Pricing tiers by subscriber volume; exact commercials confirmed under NDA. There is no setup fee.
Two paths. Either point the existing system at OnyxPlay via our webhooks plus REST API — recommended, your subscribers stay in your CRM of record — or migrate subscribers into OnyxPlay's subscriber database and run hybrid. Most partners keep the CRM where it is and let OnyxPlay own only the entitlement state machine.
Yes. Smart-TV apps ship with your logo, color, and store listing under your developer accounts on Google Play, Samsung Smart Hub, LG Content Store, and Amazon Appstore. The operator portal supports per-tenant theming. There are no OnyxPlay watermarks anywhere subscriber-facing.
Full subscriber data export in 10 business days, in a documented schema. Apps continue to function for an agreed wind-down period — typically 60–90 days — while you migrate. Compliance and audit logs we retain for the statutory 7-year period; everything else is purged within 30 days of confirmed handover.
